How to track your order
There are two easy ways to check the status of your order:
- Order confirmation email or SMS: When your order is confirmed, you receive a confirmation by email (or by SMS if you checked out with a phone number). It includes a link to your personal order status page, where you can follow your shipment in real time.
- Customer account: Sign in to your customer account on our store to view your orders and their current status.
What you will see
On the order status page, you can follow your shipment as it moves through these stages: Confirmed, On its way, Out for delivery, and Delivered. If your order ships with a supported carrier, you can see real-time location updates.
